Raw Chocolate Cake

32 oz raw walnuts (more nutritive value if presoaked and dried)
pinch of sea salt
1/2 cup cacao powder
6 dry and seeded dates
1/2 tsp raw ground vanilla

Start by processing walnuts, salt, and cacao powder in food processor until evenly mixed. Add in a couple dates at a time, scraping edge with a spatula as needed. The trick is to form a flour-like consistency that isn’t too wet, but when pressed together can form a solid shape. Place into mold of choice and refigerate. Top with icing of choice or freshly sliced bananas and/or strawberries. Ready to eat when you are!
