Vegan Chocolate Mousse

Use as icing or eat as pudding! Don’t be deterred by the avocados- this is delicious!

2 small ripe avocados
3/4 cup agave nectar or maple syrup
1/4 cup raw cacao powder (or carob)
1 T coconut butter or oil
1 T vanilla
dash of cinnamon (optional)

Place everything in a high-speed blender or food processor and blend (on high) until very smooth. You will need to use a temper or spoon to keep it moving.
