Walnut-Corn Salad

Inspired by what I had in my fridge.  Portions are for 2 people:

1 corn on the cob, uncooked and kernels cut off
1/4-1/2 cup raw walnuts, chopped
4 slices of red onion, thinly sliced and or chopped
4-5 leaves of red leaf lettuce, torn into bite sized pieces

Toss together and top with dressing of choice!  I enjoy raw apple cider vinegar and a splash of olive oil.
