My all time favorite tea to keep me cool during the summer!
3-4 Tb dried hibiscus flowers
4-5 Tb dried peppermint leaves
Put hibiscus and peppermint in tea bag. Cut lemon into quarters. Add to large jar with 1 gallon water. Sit in sun to steep until a deep red color. Cool or add ice before serving. For a sparkly version, add sparkling water.
