Green Mango Smoothie

green_drinkVery light, mild tasting green drinks are a good way of including blended greens into your diet.  The flavor can be enhanced by the addition of lemon or lime juice, ginger, mint, or other herbs and spices.  Experiment and have fun!

2 mangos
1 banana (better if frozen)
handful of chard (or as much as you can palate)

Blend on high until smooth and creamy.  Voila!
