- 1 bunch of dino kale
1-2 garlic cloves
½ tsp sea salt
½ cup tahini
⅓ cup lemon juice
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup date paste, honey, or agave nectar
optional: ¼ cup water
Cut off the stem ends of the kale. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Toss kale in water, turn off heat, let kale sit in hot water for ~10 seconds or until skin is soft. Kale leaves should still be a bright green color. Strain kale and chop into bite sized pieces.
In a blender, blend all other ingredients until smooth.
Toss tahini sauce with kale and serve!
