These savory goodies are a great accompaniment to any spread, yummy paired with cheese, or delicious simply eaten as is.
1/2 cup garbanzo bean flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
2 large eggs
2 tb melted butter or extra virgin olive oil
3 tb water
1 tb rosemary
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 clove garlic minced or 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Oil a baking sheet.
Make round balls about 1/2 tb each and then flatten out and shape to make mini round “crackers.”
Bake about 8 minutes until “crackers” are cooked through.
Try substituting almond flour for the garbanzo and coconut flour. Use only 2 tb water.
